Return & Refund Policy – MyGadget Store

We want you to love your gadgets! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

To start a return, please contact us at support@mygadgetstore.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or not following instructions


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. MyGadget Store is not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund ASAP.
